• 1 Hour Onboarding Phone Call (scheduled up to 2 weeks after booking)
• Venue Research & Coordination of Venue Tours (if applicable)
• Unlimited Contact via phone, text or email
• Organize invitations, RSVP’s, seating charts (if applicable)
• Custom render of Floor Plan suggestions
• Coordinate & Attend Final Walkthrough with all vendors (as needed)
• Up to 8 hours of production and breakdown on event day
• Set out any DIY items/areas
• Timeline & Vendor Management
• Event staff on site at all times (if applicable)
• Assist with packing up gifts and personal belongings (if applicable from non-residential venue)
• Decor Photographer (up to 1 hour)
